• Weekly rental is by the week from about 2 PM on Saturday to 10 AM the following Saturday.
• A deposit is required to reserve your dates. It is refundable if we are able to re-rent your dates.

  Discount of 20% on a second week rental!

• After confirming your reservation, maps will be sent to you.

  Futher informations and rules

• There are supermarkets in Sylva and Franklin for groceries and other supplies.

• The available beds are as follows:
  • two-bedrooms each with one double bed,
  • one-bedroom with two single beds,
  • an additional double bed in the sleeping loft area,
  • plus additional assorted mattresses in the loft.
• You will need to bring sheets, pillow cases, and towels.
• General housekeeping is to be done by the people renting.
• NO PETS & NO SMOKING in the house please.
